If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase from Universe Productions, we will refund your purchase
price in full. The purchase price is the price you paid for the Universe
Productions product and does not include shipping. To obtain a refund,
return the product postage prepaid in the original shipping container
with proof of purchase and request a refund within 30 days of having
received your order. Please let us know your reason for returning the
item so we may continue to improve our products.
Universe Productions will not refund the purchase price for returned
software, tapes or DVD's that are not in the original package with the
original labeling on the items. This policy is to protect Universe Productions
from those who would illegally duplicate Universe Productions products.
When we receive the returned product in its original packaging, we will
send you your refund via first class mail on the next full business
day. Universe Productions reserves the right not to fill any additional
new orders for any customer or household that has requested multiple
refunds.
Defective Products:
We will immediately replace any product found to be defective, at no
charge to the customer. Please feel completely free to contact Universe
Productions. We will make every reasonable attempt to remedy any problem
