Upon receipt of your order and either clearance of your charge card or receipt of your payment, Universe Productions will ship your order within 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm PST, excluding legal holidays.

First Class mail in the USA usually takes 3-5 business days. Priority mail takes 2-3 business days. Express mail is guaranteed to arrive by noon the next business day (3 pm on Saturday) in most areas of the U.S. Express mail orders must be placed with us by 12 noon PST Monday-Friday in order to be shipped the same day.
